Not Fresh.

That bassline is so old, it's cruel, although i must say it was a great synth. The start was a bit abrupt. :)

I also enjoyed the snare, it was very clear and mastered, and really broke the track up nicely.

Check out my new tune!

Cheers.

dj-Nate responds:

Thanks man. I will.

Enjoyed.

The bass at the start was a bit out of tune but when you burst into the pad and introduced the lead, i got very interested. Where did you get the midi? Can i do a remix also?

Finally, what happened to the ending? It cuts out.

Check out my tunes too!

Cheers.

ZeRo-BaSs responds:

Thank you for your review!

Well..as i said in the description this is a loop from the full song...because as you know, the Audio Portal files can't be bigger than 4000kb
The full version ,at a good quality, was something like 7000 kb..so i decided to give you a decent quality file..loopable =D

"The bass at the start was a bit out of tune" really? i found it very appropriate for this track!
Ty for your awesome feedback! it helps me a lot!

Ty! (check pm)

Remix.

First, this is a darren styles or hixxy hardcore melody, i remember listening to a MIDI of it recently.

But, the track. It was nice, i like the way you filtered in the lead in the middle, but the guy saying, '' This should be played at volume. '' was just so plain, not even reverbed a bit.

Overall was a exciting track, i might also add you need to make your kick louder and more pumpy for this kind of track.

Cheers mate, check out my audio!

dj-Nate responds:

Thanks, I knew this was a mix.. Although I never used a MIDI, which.. profounds me a bit.. but it's all good.

I put two fruity reverbs and a blood overdrive effect on the "high volume" guy too. =[

But nonetheless, I appreciate the helpful review and I'll check your stuff now.

Industrial.

Very economic sounding piece.

Lacks energy and drive though, but maybe these weren't your intentions.

Check out my audio.

Cheers. =]

chutzpah responds:

How do you give me 5 for clarity but 7 for effort? Well thanks for the review, I think I'll return the favor and take 10 seconds of my precious time to write you a couple.

Constructive.

Very nice start, the filtering bass or melody coming in is very nice indeed.

Enjoyed.

:)

Rave4Yourself responds:

Thanks dude, i tried to finish this, but my computer got really laggy cuz of it, :P

I'll try again tho.

Abrupt

The start needs to be built up more, the melody is very driving and fast, maybe not progressive enough but it doesn't have to be.

Work more on build ups. :)

Cheers, and check out my audio.

:)

Rave4Yourself responds:

Ah, good a review from a fellow trancer, ;)

kk i shall dude, buildups i know. this was an old track, i was just trying to make freeform, lol.

anyway, i'll check out MORE of your stuff, :P

Benefit Of Doubt.

Well, the start was good, but it never exploded into anything for me, i think you need to listen to your favourite dance/trance tracks and listen to what they use and how they use it, and then compare your stuff, although it won't be the same, you can try.

:)

templest responds:

T'was a joke, my good man. Catchy titles get people to listen to your music.

But, yeah... I'm a newb at this stuff. Just starting to get the hang of it now.

;)

Nice.

Where did you get the vocals?

I use Reason too, can you send me the rps?

:)

Flashgigant responds:

"Where did you get the vocals?"

acapella is the magic word ;)

"I use Reason too, can you send me the rps?"

If i send you the rps, it will only contain the string not the whole song.
