Dj-Powerstorm responds:

thanks 4 ur reveiw

Dirty. :)

When you see my ratings first, DONT BE ALARMED! I'm not voting 0, it means i'm not voting at all, because i dislike this stuff, and really can't listen to it, although for it's genre, this is a great track.

Dirty Techno. :)

DJ-DaVinster responds:

This is Gabber, accually.

And if you don't like it, don't review it, because it doesn't deserve a vote from you.

Thanks anyway!

Wonderland.

Man the main melody is very very nice, it's happy and simple at the same time but the bass you have for it doesn't work for me, it seems out of key. Although i loved your filters, they were used magnificantly i felt that you could have chosen a more emotional/sad lead, it's just too happy for a rememberance track mate.

Good Track Overall.

R.I.P Giffin.

DJ-DaVinster responds:

Thanks for the review.

I couldn't think of anything sad, so I used this. :(

Attempted Commercialability (New Word)

I can clearly see what your trying to do with this, bring an energetic feel as well as a few other things.

It wasn't all that bad, but the synth's weren't right for the track and the lead wasn't great either. Although i did enjoy the B0unC3y feel it had, it wasn't the best remix version of this, maybe add more to the beat, or even a different beat, more clubby, try VEC samples. :)

Cheers, be sure to check out my audio, because i remixed this also.

EchozAurora responds:

Yeah, I'm trying to expand my genres. Definitely in an experimental stage, so I am trying different things to see what works, but thanks for the tips, because I need all the help I can get at the moment finding my sound. I don't want to be a copy of other musicians, and I'm not sure exactly, but I'm almost trying to start a new genre. So at the moment, I guess I'll just keep fusing new elements together until I find something that works. I'd like to know what VSTs or soundfonts you use though, because the ones I'm currently working with aren't very suitable for the genre.
PM me sometime, I'd like to hear what you know.

Boring As Crap, Lol!

Eh, no, it really isint. I think it's lacking a more professional feel, even though you use all the right synths and basses and beats. The beat + lead were very nice, nice energy combination.

I would love if you were a bit less inspecific when reviewing my tracks, using the title above is a bit useless mate. However i enjoyed this, nice bass and nice kick, i won't fucking complain.

Cheers.

Rave4Yourself responds:

Yeah, i dunno, lol, this track was a tricky one, :P

I know im pretty useless when it comes to reviews, sorry, :P just that NG isnt much of a big deal for me sometimes and so sometimes i dont really care at all.

but yeah, you've got some nice stuff. just make it more interesting?

Ocean Party. =]

Yeah, theres no doubt i enjoyed this, the filter's were nicely used. I just think you need to mix and master better, it's soooo loud. :(

There are some fx which i didn't think fitted but it was certainly unique.

What happened to the ending!

:D

DJ-DaVinster responds:

Thanks for the review!

I'm going to fix the loudness in a little bit, don't worry. :)

I should take out that wind-ish sound that's in there, but oh well.

This was supposed to be longer, but I was rushed a little. :P

Bye!

In Shock!

The second i heard, the echoing vocal sample at the start, i was hooked, it was incredible. I would love vocal samples like this, i would have used one in Whiteroom.

The bass is amazing too, i love the octaves you chose for it.

I'd actually love to do a remix when you finish. :)

Excellent track mate. :)

Dj-Final responds:

haha thanks! i really appreciate that you enjoyed this, im workin on finishing but it may not be done for a while because of work and such. But when it is done i will inform you and you can remix away! I'll be looking forward to hearing it. Thanks for the review.

Awful Quality.

I can't really make out much, but the lead was amazing. I loved it from start to finish, and guess what?

I'm entering this too, my remix is going incredibly, i can't believe how good it's going, so watch out!

Cheers. :)

Dr-Dajova responds:

well, it was because i exported this version in 64 kb/s, just cause it was only a short version... high quality and full version will be avalable at my soundclick-site, when the contest are over...

Alarming!

I must admit, i enjoyed this track the least of your others, but it was still fun to listen to, lots of random sounds in it. :)

itsameyayo responds:

Yeah, this song helped to put a wakeup call in my mind, since this was a marking of stagnant growth, but that's okay, it was fun either way!

Comtemplative Groove. :)

Like the strings, and then when you introduce the cymbal, i'm after forgetting what it's called.

I liked this, the really belly or beepy synth was INCREDIBLE, i really would love a sound like it.

The thing i'm lacking is new sounds. :'(

Downloaded. :)

itsameyayo responds:

If you lack new sounds, make your own! I've been trying my best to do that with FX and stuff, but it's really rewarding when you get a nice sound that YOU like.

-The beepy synth was a preset in Triangle II, but I added some stuff to make it a little more peaceful :P

-Thanks again, you really like my songs :D
